Return Policy
Every Noie Noei garment is made with care by artisans in India using techniques of hand embroidery that take real time and skill to get right. Many of our pieces are made to order, which means less waste and a garment that’s made specifically for you.
Because of this, we don’t offer cash refunds but we want you to love what you’re wearing, so here’s how we make it right if something isn’t perfect:
• One complimentary size exchange per order
• Complimentary minor alterations where feasible (hem, sleeve length, etc.)
• Store credit available in place of an exchange, if you’d prefer
Applies to Ready-to-Wear only. Made-to-measure, collaboration, and limited-edition pieces are final sale — see below.

Size Exchanges, Alterations & Store Credit
1. Email hello@noienoei.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Ship the garment back within 7 days of that confirmation.
3. Your exchange, altered garment, or store credit will be processed once we receive and inspect the return.
To qualify, items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• In original condition, with all tags attached
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by your order confirmation or invoice
Items showing signs of wear, staining, odor (perfume/deodorant), makeup, washing, damage, or third-party alteration can’t be accepted, nor can items returned without prior authorization or outside the 14-day window.
Shipping:
• You’re responsible for return shipping costs as we recommend a trackable, insured service, as we can’t be responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
• Your exchanged garment, altered piece, or store credit confirmation ships back to you complimentary, typically within 2 weeks.
• One complimentary size exchange per order. Alterations cover minor fit adjustments; significant design changes may carry an additional charge.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Every piece is inspected before it leaves our studio but if something arrives incorrect or with a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right.
Email hello@noienoei.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Once our quality team confirms the defect, we’ll remake or replace your garment at no cost, and arrange return shipping.
Final Sale
These items are final sale (remake/replacement only in the case of a verified manufacturing defect):
